Established in 2007, Calabria Property Services is a reputable company dedicated to helping you find your dream property. The company's English owner, Yvonne whose knowledge of the local area and experience within the property market can help you find the perfect real estate property to suit your needs. Having relocated to Calabria herself, Yvonne understands the complexities of working around Italy's purchasing protocol and the language barrier, and so guides each client carefully through the entire process.
Calabria Property Services is based in Torremezzo, in the province of Cosenza. Alongside helping clients buy, the team offers property management, project management for renovations, and repairs and maintenance, and accompanies buyers on viewings with advice on the property and the local area, plus help with translation.
What we built
We designed and built a property website for Calabria Property Services that puts the listings first. Visitors can search current properties, and each one has its own page with the price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a reference code.
Separate pages explain purchase assistance, property management, project management, renovations and new builds, supported by case studies, a guide to Calabria and testimonials from past clients. Translation links let overseas visitors read the site in several languages.
