MultiCerts is the easy, hassle-free way to book and manage gas, electrical and energy services.
MultiCerts serves London and the surrounding counties. Alongside gas and electrical safety certificates and EPCs, it offers boiler servicing, PAT testing, fire risk assessments, fire alarm certificates and emergency lighting testing, carried out by Gas Safe and NICEIC registered engineers.
What we built
We designed and built the software behind MultiCerts' service. Customers book certificates and services through an online booking system, then log in to their account through a customer portal, and engineers can apply to work with MultiCerts through the same portal.
The system was built around the way MultiCerts runs day to day, supporting everything from gas and electrical safety certificates and EPCs to boiler servicing, PAT testing and fire safety work across London.
